- Psychological aspects of coaching - beliefs, assumptions, meanings, useful ways of thinking, etc
- The coaching process - the coaching relationship; role and responsibilities of the coach; useful frameworks and models used in coaching
- Coaching tools and techniques - goal setting, action planning and reviewing, etc
- Coaching skills - building rapport; giving and receiving feedback; listening and asking questions; body language; facilitating and enabling change
- Evaluation of coaching - evaluating coaching performance and its impact at an individual and organisational level
- Coaching as a management style - coaching teams; supervision and support for coaches.
